Hotel dekat Taman Hakuryuen

"Great place. It was even better than we expected!"

"We had a beautiful temple and Mountain View from our room. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The hotel did not offer much of amenities. Their website was under construction and could not get information unless we call the front desk. Overall, We did not feel like we got what we paid for and this hotel was very pricey. We wanted to experience what 5-star hotel like but was a little disappointed. We had better experience with lower star hotel (this hotel is rated as 5-star hotel)."

"Very comfortable and top quality hotel. Very convenient being next to a subway station, lots of restaurants, and a fantastic local park all walking distance."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - it was very authentic Japanese style of beds on the floor which we found surprisingly comfortable. The only glitch, which I feel compelled to mention, is the 'smoking' area that is right at the entrance by the main door of the hotel. As soon as you enter the small corridor to walk towards Reception, the smell hits you! Other than that, the hotel was good, rooms were spacious and there were nice amenities supplied. Staff only had limited English, so...

"Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We are so grateful we chose to stay here for our trip to Kyoto!"

"Lovely property with fantastic staff and excellent breakfast!"

"Location is next to aeon mall"

"Upea pieni Luxury/boutiquehotelli, jossa koko asunto samassa! Upea ja fantastinen henkilökunta, apua sai aivan kaikkeen! Pesukoneelle oli käyttöä. Ainoa miinus oli että suuret ikkunat antoivat joelle, jossa satamäärin paikallisia ja turisteja hyppelemässä kivillä, et voi kulkea yöpuvussa verhojen ollessa auki! Upea japanilainen aamupala ja täydellinen design-keittiö japanilaisilla veitsillä ja viinikaapissakin hyvät juomat!"

"We stayed in Room number one. It was incredible. It was such a wonderful experience to stay in a historic building that had modern amenities and a lot of space. The room decorations and sliding doors were beautiful. The living room overlooks the garden. Everything was clean. It was nice to have the communal food area to grab coffee in the morning and a light meal. Be aware that the room entrance for the room is right next to the lobby. There are stairs to climb to get up to the room. We will...

"It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful garden patio view. The staff was so very friendly and helpful."

"The room smells like it has a bad drainage system. Once we enter the room and it smells like the toilet has been backed up. The fabric spray provided was useless. Attitude of staff were mixed, some discrimination were definitely present. Felt harrassed by the staff to settle the bill due to deciding to have extra guest in the room which we also had already decided to pay for. "

"5人の予定が3人になりちょうどよい広さでした。キッチンが付いていて電子レンジ等もあり、駅からも近く快適でした。近くに朝早くから開いているパン屋さんがあり焼きたてを朝食にいただきました。"

"Great for solo travelers with a car. The covered parking is convenient and the staff was polite."

"Lovely place to stay in an area of Kyoto that’s close to a few large, beautiful shrines. Really great room complemented by a wonderful, helpful staff. Would love to stay here again!"
