"Room was very good. This was my first stay in Japan as a first time go-er. I have never seen a Hotel where you check in by submitting a online form to access your room since it appears to be a staff-less building. They clean the room after your stay I believe. They give you codes for main door and lock box with the keys to your room. Still a great spot. Keep noise level in mind. The locals appreciate some silence. "My stay was incredible, staff were very helpful and never hesitant to answer my questions. The ryokan is very charming and it feels homey, especially coming down for breakfast in the morning! Would definitely stay here again, it’s close to the train station too. Thank you!"

"My husband and I stayed for about 10 days for our honeymoon and the staff were so kind each day. The room premium room was very spacious and I adored hearing the train go by while taking a bath each night. The bed and pillow were a bit too firm for our liking, but we still slept great! It’s in a perfect location by Oji Station with multiple buses and trains. There’s konbini nearby and a Starbucks too if you want to have a little coffee. I recommend getting one and sitting under the cherry...

"The front desk staff was the friendliest we experienced our whole time in Japan. Wang, Monda, and a couple of others whose names we didn’t get. They spoke great English which helped our check in process. The rooms were on the smaller size but this is Japan and we didn’t want to spend our whole budget on the place we just slept. Beds were comfy. Towels were fresh. Super close to so many train stations including the Skyliner to/from NRT. And Nishi-Nippori exit. "
