"The staff here are amazing, so friendly and helpful we’ve stayed here before and weren’t disappointed with most aspects of our stay. Our only disappointment was the ‘bathroom’ in our room. It was too small and therefore very uncomfortable. Previously, we have always had a really nice, comfortable bathroom in our room so this was a big disappointment. Other than that, everything else was very good."

"Stayed in a superior twin room on the 5th floor, which was clean and comfortable, with a walk-in shower (important because I have mobility issues). It was on the small side but not cramped. The decor seemed to be fairly new and in good shape, of a dark gray neutral sort. Staff on check-in were friendly, quick and helpful. It's a massive hotel that takes huge tour groups, so there were several hordes clumped together in the lobby and in the street area outside; there is also no visible place to sit and relax in the lobby, which is designed to get a lot of people through check-in quickly. I was so glad to find there was express checkout! There are several restaurants in the hotel which I didn't try, and lots of restaurants in the immediate area. Very close to everything in Bloomsbury. There was street noise at night but nothing extreme. "

"Clean and comfortable, next to Paddington Station (Elizabeth line). Room cleaning on request. Secure building, need key card to enter elevator area then your floor hall. Breakfast buffet the same daily - clean, organized British style offerings. Only body wash/shampoo combo. No map of floor plan for escape route behind door"
