Wonderful location! Close to restaurants, pubs, Hyde Park and transportation. Do not book room 11 if you want a quiet room as it’s located right behind the front desk. It’s also tiny; I had to store my luggage on the top of a cabinet. Front desk staff is very kind.

We booked a room for four people, but unfortunately it felt far too small for that number. There was barely enough space to move around or open our luggage comfortably, and the room seemed more suitable for three people at most. This was quite disappointing as we expected more comfort for a group of four. On a positive note, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, which we really appreciated.

It’s in very central location which is good and convenient as the Paddington station is about 5 to 8 minutes away by walk and their staffs were very friendly and helpful. But the hotel rooms are very old as the walls has scratches and the toilets door handles looks like it’s coming so and the bedding sheets and the pillows cases are not very clean and we had told them about but they didn’t offer us a new bedding sheet so I think they just want to deal with it the next day and bedding sheets smells and the do clean the rooms like once or twice on your stay but do not think they change the sheets but they offered us regular new towels a lot

Place is in excellent location closer to Paddington station, attractions and shopps also staff are supper nice and friendly. But the place as in the rooms are quite old so the walls has dirt or scratches and the door handles to the toilet looks old as hell and the bedding sheets were not clean and it even smells but they do offer you new towels and cleaning the room at least once or twice in your stay and room has zero presentation but it’s cheap so yh

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but very clean and the high ceilings made it feel very spacious! Great location. There is no thermostat in the room and it did get quite warm at night time but nothing unbearable Great stay overall!

The room was clean and tidy. Situated on 4th floor with no lift but it is a listed building so to be expected. Room felt cold, draft coming from window that would not shut tight and radiator was not on or not working. I asked for a fan heater...nothing. But the real reason I would not return is because of the unbearable noise of the water cylinder/heater everytime someone on my floor needed water. This includes anything from using the sink after a trip to the toilet during the night to someone having a shower at 5am! I have not slept at all.

The entire experience from start to finish - lovely people on the ball - know customer service without the phoney tinge. Really enjoyable - also facilitators impeccable - no phones or fancy shampoos etc but it’s reflected in price. But spotless

Despite the bedding being clean the overall standard of the room was shocking. Divan bed was all ripped up. A damaged dresser. Bathroom door with a hole in it. They were decorating the basement where my room was so I was dancing around piles of skirting boards with dust sheets on the floor and the workmen started drilling at 8am.

The building is very run down. The room was clean the the hallways were very run down. The shower had no power so washing my hair was really difficult. The hotel was noisy. You had to leave your room key every time you leave which I found very strange.

Expensive, need renovation. Good location

No elevator. No breakfast. Floormat in the was stainy. Bathroom has broken floortiles, which was covered by plastic mat. Some kind of waterpump next to my room, that was noisy all the time. Windows wasnt sealed, the Noice from the street was very annoying when you try to sleep. Needs to Renovate the whole building. Cleaning was good. The location was great.
