"Clean and spacious rooms, very attentive and friendly staff! We have stayed as a family of 4 (with 2 kids under 6yo) and this place was ideal for us. Location was ideal to be a bit outside of the touristy area, but still easy to get to everywhere. "

"Very convenient Location, plenty of food options. The train station is connected under the hotel. Only drawback, they Charge you 1100 yen per day to use the gym. Terrible policy, why do you have to Charge extra for people to use the gym? If you are afraid that it will be too crowded, charging a one time 1100 for entire stay will still work not 1100 yen per day. They will get 5 stars if they change the Policy until then, i Will pick other hotels for my regular Business travel to Tokyo"

The included breakfast is delicious and a great way to get some vegetables in to start your day. The room itself is very small, we stored our suitcases under the bed to make enough space. "The room was modern and large compare to other Japanese brand hotels we have stayed on this trip. I really appreciate having plenty of electrical plugs for all of our devices next to both sides of the bed. There was no breakfast buffet but they had American and Japanese set breakfast that were adequate. The hotel was about 20 mins walk from Tokyo station or 1200 yen cab ride. There is a local train station entry on the same block as the hotel so you can take either Tozai or Hibiya line to...

"The room was perfect for what we needed. The only difficulty was with the projection TV. It was hard to figure out how to connect to Youtube or other services . Easier to understand instructions for English-speaker would be helpful. But that is a nitpick. The room and staff were awesome. 100% recommend."

"Minn Nihonbashi Suitengumae is located next to the Tokyo City Air terminal, which has a direct bus line to Haneda airport. This made transportation to and from the airport simple. It's also central to many of the popular attractions in Tokyo which allowed for easy travel. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was spacious. The shower reminded us of a private spa. Highly recommend!"
