"Staff were super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble....asked to put some items in a fridge overnight no problem. V accomodating. Lovemy breakfast though i woukd say cleanliness and decor at pub needs improving.....compared to the hotel which was new fresh and felt new compated to old tired decor in pub.
Toilets in pub had a sticky floor...never a good sign. "

"I was In the old part and it needs updating badly. Excited when I saw a spa bath in my room but bath was worn around the plug area and not appealing so wasted. Toilet was stained with brown as old. Taps on sink worn and spun round a lot before water came out. "

"Property under work conditions. Builder's works. Out side & in parking area. Not that it stopped peaople from doing things. But things still being sorted. Under staft at times especial sunday morning everyone leaving to go home one barr staff to deal with reception. Barr. Food peoples wants & needs. Breakfast ect . "It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. The process was smooth and the communication with their staff was very good. I received prompt replies from them and they were very helpful in terms of following up my inquiries and problems.
