"It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. The process was smooth and the communication with their staff was very good. I received prompt replies from them and they were very helpful in terms of following up my inquiries and problems. "As soon as I booked in Bridget made me feel right at home.which as a solo traveller I really appreciated. I observed other staff being friendly and welcoming to customers, not in a way that made them sound as though they had to be like that but because they genuinely behaved like that. The room was a good size very clean and the bed was comfortable. The food I had was good too. All in all an excellent experience with a team being led by a lady passionate about giving quality service ...

"The sitting where we sat to eat dinner had tape all over the sit which looked horrible, dont think it should be used!! We sat for breakfast but no one said that breakfast was on its way, we had to ask for tea and coffee as no one asked plus breakfast seem to take ages!!
