"Excellent experience!"

"The mattresses need to be replaced. The mattress was very crunchy and uncomfortable. I asked for an extra blanket and the extra blanket provided was very scratchy and uncomfortable."

"Fantastic location, easy to take the BART straight here. Comfortable and roomy rooms, especially for the Union Square area. Would definitely stay again!"

"Parfait"

"Hotel had an amazing central location. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable."

"If you're looking for a unique stay in the Castro, the Hotel Castro is perfect! The rooms are cozy but very charming and perfect for 1-2 travelers. There's a grocery store right across the street, and excellent coffee shops and dining options within walking distance. If you're into nightlife, there are bars and clubs just around the corner."

"I had a wonderful time!"

"The hotel was sooo loud, from a party on the street that was unbearable to try to sleep. Asked staff to change me to a room that face a different street but they were unwilling to"
