"Great stay, made special by an amazing team! My overall experience at the Hilton Da Nang (17-21 Sep) was very good, but what truly made my stay memorable were my interactions with June and Nhung. June was always attentive, welcoming, and helpful whenever my friend and I needed assistance. She quickly learned that we enjoyed Vietnamese coffee and went the extra mile by preparing one for us each day, complete with an encouraging message underneath the lid. That thoughtful personal touch really made our mornings special. And then there was Nhung my unofficial adopted little sister! 😊 She was incredibly vibrant, positive, and motivated every day. Every time I saw her, we would have an exciting conversation, and her energy was honestly a breath of fresh air. She made such a positive impression on me that I genuinely came to think of her as a little sister. People like June and Nhung are what make a hotel experience feel personal rather than just another stay. One area that definitely needs improvement is the elevator system. The elevators can be quite unpredictable, and you may find yourself making unexpected stops on multiple floors before finally reaching your room. Hopefully, this is something the hotel can address. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay, and I’m especially grateful to June and Nhung for making it memorable. The personal connections and thoughtful service are what I’ll remember most."

"The constant cleaning of the room the staff so helpful and polite breakfast was great filled me up for most of the day the view from my window allowed me to to watch the dragon bridge show right from there close to all the shops eateries and the coffee shop in the lobby was a plus open early closed late enough great center point start your trip in Da nang so you can see all the main sites there and neighboring areas I would definitely stay here again"

Food from room service was a bit disappointing as cooler than should be and portions very disappointing. Overall a very good experience individual staff members went beyond expectations.
