"Very comfortable stay in a family bunk bed room-beds and bedding were great. All bathroom facilities were great,although the light in the wardrobe and the towel rail in the bathroom need attention. Breakfast had a lot of variety-just extremely busy (as expected)."

"The response to the request I emailed before check-in was quick and accurate, and the reception staff welcomed me warmly. The Afternoon Tea one-time coupon had the same kind of food menu, but it was only sweet. There was no music or pool bar service at the pool, and although we were told there would be a pool bar, it was difficult to use it because the rooftop restaurant opens at 2 p.m. The pool staff were merely holding their posts rather than being safety personnel, and it was nothing more than a quiet pool, not a fun one. Breakfast was on the first floor; the food offerings on the third floor were similar, but the first floor was a bit quieter, which was nice. The minibar drinks were affordable, and the food and drink service was tasty and reasonably priced. It was okay in many ways, but the room cleaning was very disappointing. The carpet area under the bed was not cleaned at all. There was nail and toenail litter from previous guests, and hair remained on the carpet even after cleaning.. Cleaning needs improvement."

"Convenient location, just a few minutes from the Dragon Bridge. Great staff. Plenty of shopping/dining/drinking locations within just a few minutes walk. McDonalds next door. If you are from the US, go to McDonalds and get the fried chicken, you will NOT be disappointed. Two thumbs for this place, highly recommended. If we go back, we will definitely stay here again."

"Hôtel très bien Chambre très bien, exactement comme sur les photos. Par contre 2 points négatifs: - Au niveau de la conciergerie: Pas aimable et pas très coopérant: Ce qui est rare dans les hôtels Sheraton. - Nous avions pris l'option Demi-Pension pour les 3 jours: Très peu de choix dans le menu et durant ces 3 jours, exactement la même carte sans aucune variante"

"This really was an unbelievably good stay. The resort is amazing and the staff could not be more helpful. The breakfast options are epic We stayed at a beach villa which was beautiful. In fact, we practically lived in it for the time that we were there The only downside is that it is isolated so you are only able to visit this resort and its sister resort. There are no restaurants nearby or shops"
