"The breakfast was average. During our stay housekeeping never cleaned our room or emptied our trash, no service yet they were polite in the hallway when I got new towels. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work the last 3 days. With our limited mobility as my spouse uses a cane, I had to go to the second floor up stairs, which I don’t do well with my health. "Was very very, very disappointed we booked this hotel because of the pool, but the pool was closed. My room did not have any shampoo or conditioner or extra towels. I had to ask them for it two times only brought the towels, but they said they were out of shampoo and conditioner and when we went to go get breakfast, they didn’t have any coffee cups for the coffee and next to the garbage can that was next to my room they were a lot of garbage on the floor and they didn’t pick it up for two days...

"This was my first time staying at Hyatt House and I had a great stay. The room was clean and spacious (very nice to have a full size fridge), and I was travelling for business so it was nice to have good desk space. I take good care of my car so parking is always a top concern for me, and there was plenty of convenient space (just be careful not to park too close to the sprinklers). 5/5 would stay again!"

"Clean room- no!!! The hardwood floor was so dirty our feet turned black and so did the towel outside the shower door! Mirrors hung had broken frames, and the room smelled like smoke! Staff- rude! Came knocking on our room door asking what’s going on as if we had done something wrong. Said that we were stomping and yelling, which is total false. She even threatened to call the police on us. Parking- minimal. But there was some! Air conditioning- not too powerful!"
