Messaging the number resulted in refusal to provide check-in instructions and prompted me once again to register with their site for all visitor info and instructions. "The room itself was great but my husbands car got booted after coming up to drop off his things and to go back to take a picture of his plate. He was gone for 30 mins max. The hotel should really do something about providing a parking voucher for free parking for hotel guests. I let them know and they disregarded me and just told me I’d have to contact the third party company. My car also got broken into. Again, not necessarily the hotels fault but I’m honestly shocked they don’t have security....
