"This is our second time staying here. It feels like a 5 star hotel. The details in the decor are unique and well designed. The bed and bedding is comfortable. I love the lobby, large and spacious with lots of seating options for gatherings small or large. Great restaurant, Proudfoot and Bird with a bar that has great happy hour from 2-6 daily. "Our stay in downtown Des Moines was for an entire week. This Kasa rental worked very well for us. It was nice having the extra things like kitchen, laundry, living room, game room, etc. that you don't get staying in a hotel. Our room was located in a noisy spot. We heard the garage doors open and close often. We were also awakened by the garage pickup. Still, it was a good value and great location for us."

"Rooms are always clean, the staff is friendly and always remember us when we come to stay. The hot tub was great, we don’t usually take time to use it but we had the time and it was a clean area. Breakfast is great also. I will say, I wish they had more options like breakfast potatoes or sausage or bacon but I really can’t complain because the sausage gravy and biscuits are delish and so are the eggs! "
