"Room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was well and truly welcomed during our stay due to the heatwave. Looking forward to seeing it at its full potential when all the plans are complete for the bar and restaurant. We only needed the room and the amenities in the room were spot on."

"The hotel is modest, but beautifully updated and very clean. Our room had a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a very nice bathroom. The bedroom was small, but I’ve seen much smaller in Central London for double the price. Staff were very kind and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout so we could do a bit more sightseeing before our flight."

"My king room was spacious, spotless and lovely and cool, the air conditioning was effective and whisper quiet. I was unfortunately disturbed by other inconsiderate guests who were shouting and chatting loudly in their room right up until 2.15am. I called the night manager who came up promptly and was very clear that they needed to pipe down, which they did. Annoying, but not the fault of the property."

"We stayed here for 1 night as we were going to a concert at Tottenham’s stadium. The hotel is in a great location, one underground stop from Finsbury’s Park to Seven Sisters, then a 25min walk to the stadium. The hotel itself was clean and well presented, the staff were friendly and efficient and let us leave our bags there as we arrived too early to check in. Our family room was great. "Checking in I was shocked at how little effort it was. There were people crowded in the lobby. One guy was changing his shirt and others were either sitting around or going through their bags. I was given room #202 which is on the 2nd floor ( no elevator) and the only nice thing is that there is only one other room up the steps. 1st impression: filthy filthy hallways and walls. "If you want beds to lie down on and a bathroom to clean your body, this is the place for you! Otherwise I would describe it as a hostel and not a hotel. There was even human feces outside."

"This was exactly as advertised. All clean including sheets, towels etc. Two firm and two soft pillows. Basket with extra blankets. Had a decent fan as well. Host responded promptly and I had the access codes before arrival. Excellent location, right across from Finsbury Park making attending a gig really easy. I'll use again and would highly recommend. We were ground floor in one of the cheaper rooms as well, so all good."
