"All my traveler needs were well met at the Marina Inn. That is why I stop there every year when I am flying through Oakland. The property is older but bathrooms have been updated and the place is well maintained. My room was clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The shuttle from and to the Oakland Airport works well Breakfast options are mostly starch. Could use more protein. But that is a small issue to me."

"Nice room but no air-conditioning no heat. During the daytime it's very hot in the room. I had to ask for a fan. The fan wasn't strong. It was still hot. Had to close the curtains heat was coming through the windows from the sun. Night time open the curtains to let the room cool down "

Parking in the gated area is a bit limited, but aside from that, everything was excellent. The room was extremely clean and beautifully decorated—it honestly felt like something you’d find in a much more expensive hotel. The surrounding area is also very clean and felt safe, which made the stay even more comfortable."
