"I’ve stayed in at least 10 hotels on this vacation and this was the absolute worst. The staff could care less about your concerns or requests. They require you to use fans because there’s no air-conditioning and open the windows, but then have parties on till three in the morning. I’m always courteous and asking for options and the stuff clearly could care less about anything you want to suggest. No upgrades no help moving bags no response to emails from Expedia. "Good Location, Lovely breakfast, Extremely friendly staff. The hotel doesnt have elevators , so be prepared to carry your luggage via the stairs. Hotel does have air conditioning which is very helpful in the summer heat. Fairly old rooms but clean."

"Avoid! Club Quarters Hotel Covent Garden / Holborn. We had no advance notice there would be disruptive work on the hotel and found the lobby was half closed for various work in rooms and the floors. I asked if the drilling or hammering would stop on Saturday and Sunday. We were assured by the man on the front desk that was the case. But the noise started at from 8:30am on Saturday. The walls are paper thin, anyway, and you can hear your neighbour quite easily. in fact, the room was just weird....

"Really lovely apartment finished to a high standard. Location is great for enjoying all the best of central Windsor, and the local food scene is excellent. Recommend on street parking - the offered private space was right under a tree and holly bush that is home to a few bats - they really covered my car by the morning, very hard to clean! Also, despite the numerous fans provided, the apartment was unbelievably hot so can’t be recommended for hot summer days/nights. Highly recommend this...
