Hotel dekat Virginia Water

"Staff"

"A fantastic stay with our dog with easy access to Virginia Water. The staff were excellent and super helpful."

"Solo estuvimos una noche, el staff muy amable y atento, la habitación limpia y el aire acondicionado funcionó muy bien. Lo recomiendo"

"While the taxi desk was very helpful. The front desk was dismal, after flying 12 plus hours, and having to walk all of Heathrow to get to the hotel to be told I couldn't check in until 3pm, unless I picked a different room from what I had already picked."

"For $1,000/night, there are a few things I would expect to receive, such as valet parking, fully trained staff and maybe an update to very tired room decor. Everyone was very friendly, our dinner at The Latymer was sublime, the spa facilities are quite nice, but the whole place is in dire need of a facelift and a comprehensive staff training..."

"Amazing staff nothing was to much trouble beautiful hotel no complaints I visit regularly"

"The entire hotel was decorated for Halloween which in the bedroom we personally found a cause of anxiety as like sleeping in a nightmare setting of a murder scene. We totally understand the Halloween theme in the bar area but it’s way too much in the bedrooms as meant to be your own relaxing personal space!"

"Very clean, central and quiet. Ticked all the boxes."

"Wonderfully comfortable garden rooms. Staff were very helpful. Food was excellent. Will definitely return 🙂"

"Always an exceptional stay. The sleeping rooms are clean with comfortable beds and well appointed. The restaurant food is very good with friendly service."
