"This is very well maintained, peaceful and cute hotel overall. I absolutely loved my room and the indoor courtyard area where coffee and seating with tables were available. I brought my kids with me and this was super helpful to get my kids out of the room and to an open space where I can enjoy my coffee. Coffee was always hot and very good. "Excellent area But, no self parking own by the hotel only a $60/day valet. Elevators are small and tight, Using the hotels luggage cart and getting in was not easy. shower drainage was very slow. When we went back to the hotel at 10 pm Saturday front door was lock and no staff available to ooen rhe door luckily there was a customer inside who kindly open the door.Lastlt we coyld her the people next room talking and laughing"

There were people openly using drugs, a large number of homeless individuals, and trash scattered throughout the area outside the hotel. "The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. "
