Check in was easy, with info forwarded the morning of, so we could just get in, get the keys, and be on with our day. "Disappointing. Booked this hotel due to the free Airport Shuttle Bus. Arrived well within the advised operating hours of the shuttle bus. Called the number given by the hotel to be asvised the number was no longer in operation. Was left stranded at Pearson Airport at 21.30 with no option but to get a taxi which cost $36 to travel less than 2km. Would have been better paying more for a better property. Really dissapointing."

"There was nothing unique about this hotel, but it was clean and the staff were friendly. I would warn people with disabilities about access issues at the front of the property, there are several stairs to climb and no ramp. To be fair, if you can arrive/enter at the back entrance, it's mainly on the flat, so I'd recommend this as the best option. There are two lifts in the hotel to help you reach your room, although you may have to wait a while as both can be busy, indeed one of the lifts is...
