"Clean and attentive service. lots of amenities and food options across the hotel including a family mart and lawson. close walk to the subway. didn’t do breakfast or meals because there’s so much to tokyo. multi lingual staff are great and luggage service was reassuring"

"It is a truly 5 star experience, topping the best service from the whole world. The only miss I would mention is that, there is no convenience store within the hotel, so you need to go out if you forgot to bring something with you or if you simply want to have a snack or soda in your room."

"Have not tried the breakfast yet. Just next to Kabukicho, many restaurants nearby and very closed to the Shinjuku Station and its underground shopping streets, with many shops and restaurants, too. Overall, the hotel is within the bustling area of Shinjuku (Kabukicho). It is very convenient in transportation, food and drinks, entertainment and shopping, etc., even at the night. On the other hand, it is quiet and clean with the hotel. Highly recommended for those who want to feel the city live in Tokyo."

"This stay was comfy and fantastic! However, i have some feedback that needs attention: it says nothing about Tattoos not being allowed in the public bath on any expedia information. As it didn’t have an online notice i booked the hotel thinking it would be okay to have tattoos, but there was a sign about tattoos in the public bath. This puts me as the customer in a position where i must break the rules (to get the amenity i paid for) OR demand a refund. It was an overnight stay and the bath was empty so it was okay but somethings needs to be done to resolve this. Additionally, it makes no sense that having tattoos would be in the same category of bath etiquette violation as not showering before you get in the bath or dragging your hair through the water..."

"view of shibuya scramble matchless! very convenient that airport limousine was just at the back of hotel entrance- level 5. staff spoke english and very pleasant to deal with. However, the lift to front entrance of hotel on the left side of building was very discreetly sign posted and easy to miss especially if you are new to the place. taxi also had a hard time finding the back door driveway. they should specifically state directions to hotel in their website."

"They kept our room clean daily, gave us water in room, nice bathroom amenities, 7-Eleven downstairs, nice restaurants…the staff was helpful in helping with luggage forwarding. Beautiful view of Tokyo Metropolitan Government building also! I’d stay here again :)"
