"The room was clean. Only 2 towels. No wash clothes or hand towels or bath mat. There was no hot water for showers. Only luke warm water. The hair dryer didn't work and we had to ask twice to get a hair dryer sent to the room. Also had to ask twice for wash clothes. The breakfast was very good and the staff was always kind and pleasant. The beach bar and the staff there was great. I've stayed there many times before and this was not the same as what we've come to expect. "

"Kids enjoyed the pool but could have been cleaner and have some seating around the pool. Small local shops around for food items. House had everything needed for the stay and very fast response from property manager when had any questions "

"Owner didn’t communicate to the housekeeper that a guest was coming so I had to wait for the housekeeper to come back from her house with the keys the room wasn’t clean so while I’m there the housekeeper was cleaning mopping I had leave so she could clean properly it’s like the owner controls the Ac I wake up in the night sweating and I can’t take the ac off auto for some reason if I take it off auto it still turns off "

Apartamento muito lindo, limpo, equipadoe a proprietária sempre manteve contato para saber se estava tudo em ordem. A localização é excelente. Recomendamos muito para quem queira passar dias em Ocho Rios. Quando voltarmos para a Jamaica, com certeza iremos considerar ficar lá de novo."

"This is a beautiful resort, friendly helpful staff, great location for onsite excursions. Great drink options! "One of my favourite places to stay in ocho. The junior suites are beautiful and such a great price. The pool and the bar is fantastic as well. The staff are amazing! The only negative thing is ladies don’t use a facecloth to remove your makeup it will cost you $60 American off the deposit for one facecloth…. Other then that great hotel"
