"I was so impressed with our stay that I’m finally motivated to leave a written review on here for (I think) the first time. I was travelling to Tokyo for the first time with my husband and two daughters (10 & 13) and we were looking for something that was conveniently located close to subway station entrances, convenience stores and ideally grocery stores. My husband is vegan so I wanted the option to prepare food at our accommodations.We also wanted to pack light and be able to do laundry....

"We really enjoyed our stay at Minn Asakusa Kuramae North. The location was perfect with easy access to public transport and walking distance to food and shops. A nice amd quiet off street making us feel relaxed and calm amongst the hustle and bustle a few streets away. Nice light breakfast was good also. Staff were very friendly and check in process easy. Would happily stay again."

"Das Zimmer war sehr groß und es war perfekt geputzt. Allerdings war der Teppich extrem abgenutzt und fleckig. Abends hatten wir nach einem zusätzlichen Kissenbezug gefragt und der Mitarbeiter sagte das wäre nicht möglich. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir den Kissenbezug dann von einer anderen Mitarbeiterin bekommen."

"Daiichi Ryogoku is easy to reach by train when you fly from Haneda, and the hotel is just next to Ryogoku station, 7Eleven and Family Mart is just in front of the hotel which is good for buying some items when needed. The Skytree view is beautiful fron this hotel."

"Modest but neat, excellent hotel. Room was tiny, with everything needed. Location superb, right across the subway/metro entrance. Depending on how close one needs/wants to be from the "action" (Shibuya/Ginza), it may be a little far (25 to 40 minutes by subway). I would definitely book this hotel again."

"Clean room, rather small but common tokyo. Staff were nice and the bathroom was small but good. The aircon was great and the amenities were plentiful (toothbrush, razor, comb, hair dryer). Location was also good, it was somewhat close to the kuramae station (4-5 min walk) My only complaint is the laundry machines were kind of unusable, the washer was fine but the dryer did not dry the clothes at all. Otherwise, great place to stay in akakusa!"

"This hotel was the last hotel that we stayed at. It was a good size for two people and had useful amenities. Several convenience stores were nearby which was handy. It’s important to be aware that the hotel will charge you a tax fee for staying, on top of the booking, fees and charges when booking. It would be great if this could just be paid during the time of booking."
