"Gluten free bread on the breakfast spread people - game over this wins! Ambiance, cleanliness, day of massage arrangements, cozy hot water bottle to warm the bed when we arrived so late after some travel hiccups. Had a balcony room and it was a lovely spot to sit. Doors not soundproof, and sound carries floor to floor up the central stairs. If the hotel calls a taxi, they come right up, but if your taxi drops you off you might get dropped a block or two away due to narrow/one way/not...

"Amazing stay! Cannot rate this hotel highly enough. We stayed in the deluxe suite and it was exactly, if not better, than advertised. You can see into the mountains from a king bed through 2 huge windows. The staff is so kind and helpful. The free breakfast was a wide spread of food and was delicious and there was free coco tea all day to help with the altitude. 10/10 recommended for Cusco"

The staff went above and beyond with transporting and storing our luggage for a few days while we went to Machu Picchu at their sister hotel which we stayed at when we returned to Cusco. "
