"The room was clean, and the location was convenient to downtown Dunedin, our room was on the opposite side of the elevator and very inconvenient to get to our door. We could not use the balcony, they were doing work on the outside of the hotel and the dust was all over the outside, we put our bathing suits and T-shirts to dry, and it got ruined. "Like: Great unit. It was clean, had kitchen necessities . Outstanding Location with water view from pool deck and a very cool downstairs tiki bar. Trolley to Clearwater outside entry. Only dislike: no direct water access or dock. I felt like photo was pre hurricanes. "

"The Avalon was a great spot for our family! It was clean and had kitchen amenities that were helpful- coffee maker, dishwasher, stove top pans, etc. The staff was always hospitable and kind. We loved having beach chairs and an umbrella to use while at the beach. Being right on the beach made it easy to go back and forth from the beach and the view was beautiful!
