"Wonderful stay! Zero complaints and plan to return again and again! Beautiful, small apartment hotel close to the beach, 7-11 right down the road. Phase two going up right next door. Expect some construction noise during the day. A car is highly recommended (mine was essentially free with stay through Orbitz - I only paid for insurance). "The hostess Raquel was Kind and she provided us with an upgrade to our room with a kings size bed. she stayed in contact with us and the property was cute. the pool is best at night in the day the hot sun makes it feel like a bathtub other than that everything was spot on. WILL DEFINETLY GO AGAIN!"

"Me gusto mucho el lugar para hospedarnos, muy bien equipadas las habitaciones, su rooftop esta muy lindo, sus instalaciones en el spa igual, ofrecen acceso a sus clases en el gym y el acceso al beach club, lo único malo que nos toco fué que cuando fuimos al beach club no tenían luz y no había mucho que hacer por que igual habia mucho sargazo en la playa, pero el hotel esta perfecto y a un precio muy accesible. definitivamente me volvería hospedar ahíl el personal es muy amable y todo esta muy...

"The stay was amazing. The only thing is just the exterior at night it’s pretty dark, but nonetheless it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s very relaxing to stay there the communication it’s good with the host. Overall a good experience except for the cabs they can be pretty hostile if you get your own cab like (Eiby or Indrive) but the Taxis in Tulum are very aggressive and they just want to take the most money they can. I would just say be careful on that part. "
