"I did like being charged for parking! You have to pay for parking downtown and now at the hotel we chose to stay. Also there was a fire emergency on the 25th. I stayed on the 5th floor and could only make it to the 3rd floor because of breathing issues. I am on oxygen when I am active. I waited on the 3rd floor while my daughter went to get my oxygen in the car. One of your staff members, female, 35-40, long hair, came and walked the floor, she saw me standing on the floor and did not...

"Dinner was excellent with great service. Breakfast was ok. Picnic lunches were good. Place needs a deep cleaning. King room bed was comfortable but the floor carpet was super dirty. Guests walking upstairs generates lots of squeaking. Summer room was dirty with very old sofas. We felt walking around chairs were dusty and the property should be in better condition given the prices."

"It was fun to be able to walk around the entire resort… down to the general store, the ice cream parlor, the restaurant for a tasty beverage, coffee, and a delicious breakfast burrito in the morning… and walkback up to our room. The walkability of the entire resort was fun for us. We were there to be close to Fontana Dam and it’s very convenient."

"The Greystone Lodge is located perfect it’s right in front of Anakeesta and then to your right is the trolley and the aquarium… great hotel. I would stay there again.!!!"

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed at GTSquare. Our 2-bedroom condo was nice, clean and comfortable. The entire facility was recently sold and is undergoing major reconstruction, but we would certainly stay there again next year if it is possible."

"Beautiful view of the creek but the hotel needs major update. Floor was uneven, bathroom fan was really loud and the pool area looks really outdated. Also, the picture of the lazy River looks bigger online than it actually is. Plus the staff sounded like they had some issues with each other."

"The hotel was adequate, exactly what I expected from a La Quinta in TN... Noisey and smelly, but the attentiveness from the staff definitely made up for it(seriously), the topless gal in the pool was also a bonus.... Need an ego boost, check out the Applebee's two blocks down and realize you're crushing it in life..... All seriousness, kudos to the staff, they made the tears I cried at night a little less salt.... Good ol' Rocky Top, Rocky Top, Tennessee."

"This was one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at! From check-in to check-out the experience was seamless. We were greeted by the staff immediately upon pulling in and they showed us to our room and made check-in very easy. The peaceful setting right on the river was a dream. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Smoky Mountains/Gatlinburg area."
