"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "Trully hidden gem for us, letaknya di tengah canggu, penataan kamar bagus dan luas, suasana nyaman dan membuat betah untuk tinggal dan relax. Minor minusnya adalah masih blm smart tv/android tv dan pencahayaan di area meja kurang, walau demikian tdk mengurangi kenyamanan selama anda tinggal Theanna jg menyediakan shuttle car ke area canggu dan sekitar pantai, TOP"

"I usually don't put a review, but this time is an exception as the beautiful memory is unforgettable. Canggu was not my first option to stay in Bali as I heard it is noisy, but staying here was one of the best decision I made, it is quiet. "Alles an der Villa war super! Es war sehr sauber und das Essen vom Restaurant kann empfohlen werden. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Check in und Check out verlief reibungslos. Die Lage ist super und man kommt überall super schnell hin. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Kann absolut empfohlen werden! "

"We got the airport transfer from the villa, from airport pick up to checkin and out everything was smooth and well communicated. There're also in-villa services like massage which we didn't get the opportunity to use and option for chartered driver which we used. All were prompt and drove safely. The rooms were spacious and clean and you can request for room cleaning. There're also a couple of nice small cafes nearby and shops in the main road. "

"Property did not look like the pictures. AC doesn’t work in a place that was 90 degrees and humid, phone didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, sheets smelled. Pretty much was forced to pay the cancellation because we were on a tight schedule and didn’t want to argue with the manager that barely spoke English over the phone."
