"Don't expect anything fancy, but it's a very cute colorful property, that has everything you need. Very cozy 2 story apartments with fully stocked kitchen, a balcony, and an outside area with a small table and chairs where most guests spent their evenings relaxing. It has a large pool, and decent variety breakfast and optional reasonably priced buffet dinner. There's also a free shuttle bus to Masoalomas beach, which is very convenient. It was a very pleasant stay, No complaints except that...

"Great in town location. Walk to restaurants. Grounds well kept and pool area very nice. Room for 3 was good, nice little patio area outside room, breakfast very good. Front desk very accommodating and nice touch with free fruit and drink on arrival. "

"Had several stays here now & choose it as it’s in the perfect location for us. We choose the sumsuites section as it has good views over Puerto Rico but is still really handy to get to the bottom to amenities. The balconies are fabulous if like is you spend a lot of time on there, they get the sun from early on, unlike accommodation at the other bottom side of the hill. They are starting to look a little tired in places, such as the fake grass & the fridges, some of the sunbeds, but everything...

"Een hele fijne, centraal gelegen accomodatie. De bungalow waar wij in verbleven bevond zich in het laatste blok met huisjes. Een prima plek, geen overburen. Onze bungalow was echter wel aan de achterzijde verbonden met een andere bungalow, maar leek enkel gescheiden te zijn door een deur (die wel op slot zat uiteraard). Dit maakte het vrij gehorig. Verder een nette kamer, maar bijvoorbeeld de houder voor de handdouche was defect. Gelukkig was er ook een regendouche beschikbaar. Wel vrij weinig...

"Emailed numerous times prior to arrival but got no response. On arrival at the accommodation I was greeted with numerous bags of rubbish outside my apartment, which never got moved for 3 days. The water in the apartment wasn’t running I got advised from to use my families room who had 4 people in it. With very little running water. To use the shower you had to hold the shower head as the clip to at held the shower head in was very loose… No air conditioning in my room, but know some other ones...
