"First off the reception staff were exceptionally polite and courteous. Our room was as we'd expected and suited our needs. "Lovely stay at the Ibis Southwark. A warm welcome on arrival and we were able to get an early check in which was much appreciated. Room was spotlessly clean, tea and coffee provided in room as were bathroom toiletries. Ideally situated near the South Bank and Borough Market. Continental breakfast was varied and plentiful, the fresh pastries were delicious, We loved the quirky decor which added real character to the hotel.
