"Our favourite London apartment hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff, well equipped rooms, clean and conveniently located. Our room was more expensive than usual due to time of year between Christmas and New Year. Unusually, the fridge wasn't as spotlessly clean on our arrival as we are used to here, and the dishwasher smelled unpleasant and had broken parts inside it. The decorative "pool" underneath the apartment windows looked unusually grubby, as if in need of maintenance "

"My husband and I spent 3 nights at Native Bankside and we enjoyed our stay there. The location was great, staff were friendly, the room was very spacious and clean, and there was a well organized kitchen in the room. Only downside is there are no views in the room but the spaciousness of the room made up for it. "

"The staff and level of service is the best we have ever experienced. The Dome Suite is incredible, room service steaks were perfect! The in house florist Mark does a fantastic job with flowers in every room. Andrew the porter is 5 Stars and all our thanks to Hannah in guest relations for planning the most amazing stay! Don't forget to check out the spa too. "

"Only 5 mins from moorgate tube in a backstreet so very quiet location.Modern, clean and functional hotel with a nice bar and very helpful staff, room was a good size, had all the mod cons, fridge, heavy curtains, lovely bed and linen, and a very high standard of en-suite. Will definitely return if the price is right for other weekend stays."
