"Our favourite London apartment hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff, well equipped rooms, clean and conveniently located. Our room was more expensive than usual due to time of year between Christmas and New Year. Unusually, the fridge wasn't as spotlessly clean on our arrival as we are used to here, and the dishwasher smelled unpleasant and had broken parts inside it. The decorative "pool" underneath the apartment windows looked unusually grubby, as if in need of maintenance "

"My husband and I spent 3 nights at Native Bankside and we enjoyed our stay there. The location was great, staff were friendly, the room was very spacious and clean, and there was a well organized kitchen in the room. Only downside is there are no views in the room but the spaciousness of the room made up for it. "

"A gem 10 mins walk from river in affluent location. Excellent hospitality on arrival with Usher who made my check-in wonderful after a long day travelling. He was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and lovely, such a great asset to the team. The facilities are stunning, especially my room was beautiful, unique art design with a fantastic views of the city. I had an incredible night at the Seabird rooftop with a special warm atmosphere.
