"A bit of dusting in the room, perhaps, AC filter needs to change more often or consider using commercial grade vacuum cleaner. As for the bathroom sink, it is too small or the sink faucet should be replaced to a smaller one to fit the sink. As for the shower floor, a curbless shower floor design provides a wow factor but it is not ideal for daily usage due to drainage issue."

"Excellent location next to the Tower of London and on the Thames. Great restaurants are within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and provided us with great recommendations for food and activities to do around the city. The 2 bedroom suite was great for our family of four. Having two separate bathrooms was a major plus. Very clean. Would highly recommend."

"The place was beyond our expectations and the best we stayed in during our two week trip to the UK! Very clean, spacious and cozy. Loved the kitchenette with table and chairs, plus the extra blankets, pillows and robes if we needed them. Great location to train stations and easy walking to all we wanted to see.
