"An ideal hotel for visiting London. Great location: centrally located in the City. A couple of minutes from the Thames and a great river walk, to the Tower in one direction and to Westminster in the other. Wonderful staff: knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, proactive, and caring. "A bit hard to find, on a small back street near the Globe Theater. Spacious, modern room, quiet and peaceful place steps away from Borough Market, which is vibrant and heaving with people. Really enjoyed my stay, but 2 thing to be aware of: There is no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and no clock of any sort. Which I found strange. "Perfect central location for walking, seeing the sights and taking the train or buses around the city! Breakfast was great with a good selection. Croissants were amazing!! Rooms are tiny with an open glass shower.. curtain only shields the bed. Air con needs instructions printed on the wall. Limited space in the room so decorative speaker and amp could go providing additional space. Definitely would stay here again and recommend the hotel to others!"
