"I had to have my room key reset after every use. And my toilet got clogged twice. The cleaning staff spoke no English which made it difficult to communicate. I'll look for other accommodation next time I visit. Also you have to pay to park in 100 degree heat"

"I highly recommend this property. Everything was 5 star. Checking in was great. The young man was so friendly and professional. My room was much bigger than I expected and beautifully designed. The breakfast was so good. Many choices and the food was fresh and very well presented. The choices were extensive and delicious. "We stayed there twice, a week apart on our way to and from California. The hotel was disgusting. The rooms smelled of stale coffee, the bathroom grout was full of mold. The ice machine can’t have been cleaned ever because we were pulling out cubes filled with black mold and sludge. The breakfast wasn’t any better. The scrambled eggs were burnt and wet. There was a puddle of condensation at the bottom of the eggs… plus the turkey sausage was so dry the skin was pulling from the meat and it tasted...

"Our flight arrived early, so we were allowed to check in a bit early and ordered breakfast, which was super convenient. The staff all around was great. The airport shuttle was also easy to schedule and convenient. I enjoyed hanging out at the pool and appreciated having a balcony. Something I really liked was the icy gold citrus water they had in the lobby for guest. It was a great place for the money. Also very quick to get to Arizona State campus. I would stay here again."
