"Been going to this hotel for over 30 years. It’s a bit tired now, rooms mainly. This said it’s still very reasonable to stay there & breakfasts are good with several choices. This stay the window was open in our room when we arrived -the handle was missing & it couldn’t be close. We couldn’t telephone reception as the phone wasn’t connected & said on the phone it was from room 136 -this wasn’t our room. "We had a great time. Clean, tidy and plenty of space for 4 people. Only feedback I would give is there was no pillows left for those sleeping on the sore bed. Also the blinds do not provide any darkness so from 4am it was bright daylight with sun streaming in. This affected our quality of sleep but we made it work. "
