"Staff. Most were super nice. One got a bit snotty at us when we complained our room wasn’t cleaned by 1:30 after a very hot days outing that morning. They made up for it the next day though."

"The hotel was a great option for exploring Paris, away from the crowds but great for exploring. Beds were very comfortable. The room was small (but sufficient for 2 people). The rooms have everything you need to enjoy your time in Paris. There was also a lift so no need to tackle stairs. Defintely would recommend."

"Can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Air conditioned, clean, comfy, quiet rooms and fairly spacious by Paris standards (we stayed in the triple). Nicest welcoming staff!! They really helped me figure out room set up for our family of four staying in two rooms. Fun little touches like free popsicles and ice cream during the heatwave, free croissants in the morning, a bag of little Loccitane goodies in the room, and more. Short walk to the Marais."

"My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights at Maison Proust last week and it was a great experience. The entire hotel including the rooms and the common areas were extremely clean and quiet. The breakfast was simple though delicious and the coffee was great. The bar offers a good selection of drinks and the lobby area including the round library are designed with great taste. We got to have the spa reserved for the two of us for an hour. What we liked most was utmost coordination among the staff...

"We had a great 2 night stay. The hotel had decent AC which really helped us get through the Paris heatwave. The Deluxe room is unusually spacious for Paris and was a big draw for us. The room was very clean, although the carpet looked a little worn. The bed wasn’t too soft. The room faced an inner courtyard and was very quiet. The location is very close to Canal Saint Martin which was buzzing and lively because of the heatwave. In that direction there is also a lot of good food - we tried...

Misschien zou het helpen als ze de voordeur dicht zouden houden. Regendouche was defect, handdouche deed het wel. Stop in wastafel was defect. Onacceptabel voor dit tarief. Ontbijt was a la carte en gewoon prima."
