"This was my second stay with this location. Couldn’t have chosen a better spot for some much needed time off. It’s so close to the beach and any other establishments you’d want to visit! Will be back soon!!"

"Parking was great. Complex great and check in wonderful. Close to fez h and restaurants. Unfortunately the person next to us played jazz music so loud all afternoon and evening and spoke on his phone so loudly for about two hours and you could clearly hear his conversation. We put our tv on louder to drown him out. Although pool had a sign up no smoking three people were smoking at the pool area. "

"Breakfast very limited. Free breakfast at Hampton 's much better selection. Prices not reasonable, $2.00 for a banana, orange or apple. For the price of the accomodations, housekeeping should be there every day, not every other day. Will not stay there again."

"We loved our stay at this cute hotel. The full breakfast was great with a variety of items to choose from. Walking distance to the beach and shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!! "

"Our stay at Waterside was very pleasant. The unit was clean, spacious, and the amenities were excellent. However, we had a significant issue with the elevator. Upon arrival, it was out of order, forcing us to carry all of our luggage up to our floor (which is effectively three flights up since the first level is parking). Ironically, it started working the moment we finished unloading. ​On our departure day, the same thing happened. The elevator failed again, and we had to use the stairs once more. There is clearly a persistent mechanical issue that needs management's immediate attention. I have reported this to the staff and hope it is resolved soon for future guests."
