"The staff were very nice and helpful. The check in process was very smooth and quick. They will hold your luggage if your room isn’t ready which is so convenient and we used our spare time to explore the city! Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful! I loved it, made me feel at home :) 10/10 overall! The area is also super close to Times Square and theres multiple restaurants nearby! Love the area and it’s very safe! We will book again in the future!"

"Despite some of the other negative reviews we read about staff being rude and dismissive, we did not encounter any of that. From check in to check out, everyone was very kind and accommodating. Our room was clean with great views and housekeeping made sure we always had fresh towels and our trash was taken out every day. Beware however there are no microwaves so don’t plan on being able to eat leftovers (or make popcorn or mac n cheese if you have little kids lol). Cannot beat the location...

"Our stay at the Bryant Park Hotel was excellent. The location on the park is wonderful. The hotel itself was very nice with prompt room service and surprisingly spacious rooms. My only low rating was the fitness room, as it is small and has limited equipment."

"The room was amazing with a great view! We stayed on the 21st floor and we never once heard the rooftop bar! The staff were excellent and extremely friendly and helpful! The room was very small but for a night or two stay it was perfect! A very close walk to time square as well! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff was friendly. Wish room was a big larger and had a mini-fridge (to put things in not just hotel selling drinks) / coffee maker. I think those two things would have made a difference."

"I have never in my life been able to sleep the first night in a hotel or anywhere that is not my own bed. The beds are so comfortable and the noise level is so well maintained, that I was actually able to sleep! We only stayed one night, but if we’re ever in the city, we will definitely stay here again! The parking and location was super convenient too."
