"I come to NYC often, but when I bring my daughter, this is the hotel I like to stay at most. The staff by far are the best part about this hotel. I feel safe here with my daughter, it’s almost like an at home type of feel, like at grandmas house or something. I’m not sure how to explain it. The location is perfect, right close to Times Square but still sort of tucked away so not smack dab in the middle of everything. It’s an older hotel, yet still very nice. "Well maintained boutique hotel near Times Square and Broadway shows. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The one only concern was the thin walls and windows. We can hear the outside noise clearly. Other than that, this is a very nice place to stay while vacationing in NYC. "

"This place is top notch. Everything is well maintained. The rooms are a little small but that’s par for the course in NYC. The elevators were fast, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The only trade off was having a very quiet room facing the back with no view or facing the street with more street noise. It’s just personal preference. The location is perfect — close enough to walk to the theater district and Central Park. "
