It has every amenity we could think of in the room. And yes the toilet door is clear but there is a dividing door that you can close when privacy is needed. The area is busy and bustling. Shinjuku is where the action is. Even on the 41st floor we could hear the trains and sirens at night but we didn't mind as...

"This has been the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff are super friendly and speak great English as well. The hotel is in a perfect area to enjoy shinjuku and has access to food and subway stations within 3 minutes. The breakfast in the morning is great as well. I recommend the suite rooms as there is plenty of space to enjoy and lots of little things that make a difference. Book this hotel and you will be happy. Nola on staying at this hotel every time I go to Tokyo. "

"Great self service hotel. Great for a family although keep in mind it is one big room, so difficult to enjoy the place once our kids were asleep. Room 5 or 6 are the best, because in the lower rooms the sound of people walking (jumping!) above can keep you awake at night. Excellent washing machines"
