"Good for an overnight or few night stay. Waited a few minutes for someone at the check in desk. The hotel needs some TLC. It's not outdated, just needs a refresh / clean up. The ice machine was not working on second floor. No big deal. Would appreciate continental breakfast going to 10:30am instead of 10am. The heater in Room 219 is a bit noisy and I finally had to turn it off completely because it was keeping me awake. Check out was efficient. "

"We had to wait in the lobby past 5:30pm for our room that was supposed to be a 4pm check in. We were told there were “too many” early check ins and they were cleaning. After travelling 8+ hours and my mom across countries 12+ hours. Upon arriving to the room, my sheets had star glitter/confetti? Inside of them. So they were not even changed. No garbage bags in the garbage and the shower had hair all near the drain. we were given ONE free breakfast for the trouble with the wait. Which we did not...

"We needed the shuttle when we landed however it took 4 separate phone calls to hotel to get an answer from front desk .. we thought the front desk clerk was quite rude all in all… this hotel is good for a one night stay but would be lacking for longer stays. "
