"The room was all set for our visit. Very clean, comfortable and air conditioner worked. The only reason I would take a star away is because of a brown stain that was at the entrance of the bathroom, I would recommend that they cut out that portion of the carpet and replace. I was just an old stain that they couldn’t be completely removed. I covered it on our visit. The one other problem I have with The Resident Covent Garden was that it has no FOOD in house. My problem, I should have noticed...

The air conditioning did seem to fault after the first night but luckily it was chilly when we went but could be bothersome in warmer temperatures."

"From the moment me and my son stepped foot into the Clermont we were treated so well. The reception staff treated me and my son very well with a free upgrade, free drinks and a clermont teddy and Easter gift for him. They really couldn’t have done enough for us. We checked in early as the room was ready, the room was very clean, big and also very quiet, we slept so well for being in central London and couldn’t hear any outdoor noise. The location was perfect we walked to lots of local landmarks...

"The staff provided 1st class customer service. Though the room was small the service made up for it. Every morning I stopped in the lobby to get a latte by the third day they remembered my order and had it ready my daughter got tea in the morning. They also gave us little cookies and once in awhile they were so nice to remember my daughter liked oranges and gave her one in the morning.
