"The staff was great! I left clothes behind and they helped me get them shipped back home! "

"The room was not very clean. There was construction going on with updating, but I expected the room to be clean. The floors were paint stained and dusty dirty. The staff were not overly friendly either. The fireplace in the room had a small flame burning when we arrived, with it not being on. The had a propane smell. We had to open the balcony door to get fresh air. Seemed like a leak. Plus it wouldn’t light when we turned it on. It was just a so-so place. Will not be my first choice in the future."

"The breakfast menu was fresh except a couple items seemed reheated and recycled. Staff was excellent. Complaint about a couple of minor issues with the bathroom which could not be fixed. Other than that, satisfactory stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Location was great for walking the strip. The room was spacious and they were accommodating to my request for a roll out bed. The pool was nice, could be better lit at night time though. Breakfast was pretty small for a hotel with so many rooms, so it got crowded at times. The shower gets pretty hot and is tricky to get to a good temperature. The staff was pleasant and we'd definitely stay here again."

"Tub was waxed or something...was like an ice skating rink. Staff was unfriendly since the moment we walked in the door, it was like we were bothering them. Toilet seat broken, sink was clogged. The hallways really smelled...it was like they were trying to cover something up. We actually left early because of the condition of this hotel. I even put a note into the hotel and no response at all."
