"It was an ok stay . we were in Tennessee for business/personal. The breakfast was pretty terrible and it had good reviews. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable things to sleep on. The bottom sheet would not stay on for anything. The balcony view was amazing. It was in a quite side of town which was good and it was not the worst walk to skybridge about 20 minutes. Would only stay here again if they allowed dogs - which by the way I did see a lot of dogs that were supposed to be...

"Excellent location, downtown within easy walking distance. Gave the feel of a resort with good hotels around and close to hilly area. Clean room, very good breakfast, friendly staff and good housekeeping. Free parking in Gatlinburg is a major plus. Definitely recommend this hotel to all. Gave the feel of a more than 3-star hotel (its hotel rating). Amenities is another plus."

"The room was clean and the breakfast was good but some of the halls and steps were pretty dirty. Bumble bees on our balcony. The down spouts had a hole and the walkway had water coming in. "

"I have driven by this lodge for 25 years. I finally decided to try it out since I needed a one night’s stat before a hike in the Smokies. I loved everything about it. Great staff - very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean. Loved the thick towels and comfy bed. Lots of hot water! Pool was nice. Loved that it was walkable to Gatlinburg restaurants and shops. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Gatlinburg!"
