"Lovely cottage however when there for work you need two things. Hot water and a bed. Bed were comfy but hot water was absent. Out of 24 showers across 4 adults and 6 days only 3 ran hot. Second bedroom vibrates and is super loud whenever water is running anywhere in the house too. Disappointed as we called the owners and they assured us a maintenance person would come and check and fix this issue, meaning one of us took a day off work to wait for the person. Who never came. "Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!"
