They tried to cover it up with air freshners, which had us fooled the first night, but by the time we returned from our day tour the next day, the bathroom in our room smelt so bad, we had to keep the door closed and remove all of our things. We had to brush our teeth in the main room, and hold our breath to use the toilet! When we complained about this, they did not offer an acceptable resolution or compensate us in any way for the inconvenience. This lack of attention to the client experience, especially given that this is a health concern for anyone staying in these conditions, was unacceptable. "

"This hotel was lovely and the staff was great! Everything about this hotel was very nice and it was very clean. I did have a complication there with my original room which I had a mini leak through the wall. I called the front desk and they cleaned it up and I was offered another room with a upgrade from my regular room to a VIP suite with a swimming pool in the room. I thought that was very kind and generous of them. So yes, this place is very accommodating. I traveled by myself and felt extremely safe and well taken care of. So yes I definitely would recommend to solo travelers."

It wouldn’t be fair to mention particular names as they were all great. Yes,I highly recommend this resort. What is there not to love, excellent food, stunning scenery, clean rooms & polite, kind, humble staff who actually want to talk to you with a smile. They all deserve a pay rise for their hard work.
