The front reception manager said if I didn’t mind waiting 20minutes I could have a poolside room. While I waited the staff brought me a welcome drink of fresh Hibiscus juice. "The hotel is not suitable for families with children but rather caters to an adult audience. The service level was poor and the staff were unprofessional. At check-in the reception tried to charge us extra, fictitious costs. These experiences led to a very negative stay. We strongly advise against booking this hotel if you are travelling with children.
