"This hotel has been pretty much the only place during our visit in Egypt where ste staff has treated us with respect and we did receive good customer service. I don't have anything negative to say about this place. I would definitely think about booking 4his hotel again if I visited Sharm El Sheikh again. We did not eat at the hotel but the menu seemed good."
