"The hotel is in the middle if Naama Bay but it was very quiet and peaceful inside. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The front reception manager said if I didn’t mind waiting 20minutes I could have a poolside room. While I waited the staff brought me a welcome drink of fresh Hibiscus juice. "The hotel is not suitable for families with children but rather caters to an adult audience. The service level was poor and the staff were unprofessional. At check-in the reception tried to charge us extra, fictitious costs. These experiences led to a very negative stay. We strongly advise against booking this hotel if you are travelling with children. Thank you to Expedia who helped us at the last minute with the reception"

"I had coordinated for a transport from the airport but was told once I arrived that they could not accommodate us. We had to get a taxi that dropped us over half a mile from the hotel. My wife was not happy as we had to walk down a dark street with all of our luggage. The next day my daughter had come to visit and she was going to change in our room to go on a snorkeling trip. "Very quiet and clean rooms and shared spaces, with a beautiful pool in the atrium. Strategic location right in the heart of Sharm, very close to the shore. They made me pay upfront for the rides to and from the hotel and airport and then didn’t have change to give so they kept my money. "I booked to stay 7 days but moved out after two days there was no WiFi in the room and the tv had no channels in English like MBC 2 and only had 5 channels anyway…. the hotel was high up and to get into Naama bay u had to climb down approx 100 steps and the final five steps were lethal … not recommended "
