"The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with a beautiful view. Pool area is fun and relaxing. They have a slide/jump/dive area that lands you into the bay. Stores and shopping are all around you that are lively and stay up late. Something we didn’t know is rideshare is not allowed to go into Naama Bay. Only taxis can which are more expensive and they overcharge you."

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options. There were also many enjoyable activities throughout the day for both adults and children. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

Unico "neo" sono i bagni che pur essendo molto ampi sono molto vecchi e spesso con qualche problema. Andrebbero rifatti poco alla volta. Per il resto tutto benissiomo e ci torneremo sicuramente. "Rooms are clean and well looked after, hot powerful shower, staff are extremely friendly. Fantastic breakfast, fresh cooked omelettes and pancakes and a large selection of cheese, meat and fruits / yoghurts etc. mansoud ( probs spelt wrong) was an exceptional member of staff- I think he was the head chef, he always looked after us and made us feel welcome. "

"I had coordinated for a transport from the airport but was told once I arrived that they could not accommodate us. We had to get a taxi that dropped us over half a mile from the hotel. My wife was not happy as we had to walk down a dark street with all of our luggage. The next day my daughter had come to visit and she was going to change in our room to go on a snorkeling trip. The front desk made a big deal about not allowing guests even though I offered to pay extra. The manager finally agreed...

"Wonderful central location with kind staff and a nice buffet. All inclusive option was very helpful in allowing us to maximize our time in the beach. The staff, Waleed in particular was just a pleasure to deal with. He was very kind and overall the rooms were very clean. Great stay!"

"La struttura sarebbe anche bella se qualcuno decidesse di fare un pò di manutenzione: la struttura è fatiscente, pulizia specialmente dei bagni davvero ai minimi termini. Il punto debole però è principalmente il cibo:abbiamo optato per la soluzione all-inclusive ma a pranzo e cena si mangia sempre le stesse cose: riso bianco, pollo, qualche insalata e quando va bene qualche pezzo di arancia. Forse la colazione si salva ma anche in questo caso la ripetizione è la parola d'ordine. Alla reception...
