"I have no complaints - I felt the staff, decor etc were what you would find in four-star hotels in some European countries. As soon as you arrive, a friendly door-man was there to assist - not only when you arrive with luggage but upon every return from an outing. What was precious - the wonderful Nice:Matin"

"The hotel was in Korean town. A convenient location. The unfortunate thing was the bed was old and has obvious dent. It’s especially hard for people have back pain. We tried to change a room but was told all the beds are like that! Please update the beds. "

"Location is very good. Basic room that gets the job done at a minimal standard. However, relative to other hotels in the area, I would not recommend. It is very loud throughout the night. The windows are thin. The pillows are the thickest I have ever slept on in a hotel. They do not have other types you can swap with. It indicated "continental breakfast". That is false, they just provide coffee in the morning"

"We had a good stay. We were able to check in early which was super convenient especially with the blizzard. The room was nice and clean and the hotel is very close to the Empire State Building. The only down side is that the hotel charges you an amenities fee at the end of your stay which was dumb. The lady at the desk when I checked out was kinda rude too. "Please invest in ironing boards and irons if you are operating in an area likely to invite business visitors. Would be nice to have the TV work and not be hanging on top of the already tiny desk space. No kettle, tea, or coffee in the room. Despite two calls, no wake-up call? Was advised cleaning is done every third day? No amount of sweet-talking staff makes up for lacking comforts."
