"The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!"

"It was perfect for 2 adults and 4 children in the double queen suite. Very clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was adequate with options. Ery pretty hotel."

"We have stayed here multiple times over the last 7 months and the last two stays have been different. The room was not very clean overall which is uncommon for this hotel. We did not contact the front desk since we were only stay a couple of nights. The staff is amazing and very helpful. If I would have asked, I believe they would have had the room cleaned again."

"The property is a one star property at the best. It should not be on Expedia. There is a reason they do not place a picture of the exterior. If they had I would not of entertained the thought of staying. The sheets were stained, there were energy drink cans in the room trash can, the bath sink did not drain and the bed was extremely hard. The ac, microwave and frig were new."

"We spent over an hour trying to reach staff when our smoke alarm started beeping at 1230am. No one was at the desk and no one answered the phone. After getting up and going to the desk, an employee finally came out from the break room and moved us to a new room. While that was a bad experience, they did immediately offer us a full refund and they were very apologetic and respectful, which was very much appreciated."
