"Great place to stay. Breakfast was actually mostly healthy food, which was a great suprise, freshly pressed juice, fruits, cereals, etc...Loved the back area where they have a firepit and stage, nice to just sit back and relax in the evenings. It is on a busy road, somehow when in your room or in the back area, it is like being in the country side. I had a very pleasant stay and will be back. Thank you."

"I found the staff to be the rudest I have ever experienced at a hotel. None of them seemed to care about the customers. I arrived for check-in at 2:45 PM and was informed that I could check in early, but it would cost an additional $25 for the convenience. I checked the hotel’s website and the booking site, but there was no mention of this fee. Additionally, the place was rundown and in desperate need of updating. Overall, it was not worth the money."

"Stayed for 2 nights. 2 adult's and 2 kids. We arrived early to enjoy the pool but was quickly disappointed. Hallways Had a weird smell, like a nursing home. The room was okay, it was very stuffy, had no ventilation, felt like you couldn't breathe. The restroom was disgusting. The toilet didn't look like it was cleaned and had yellow stains on it. I had complained to the front desk but was told he could refund our money and we could just leave. I thought he would at least offer to move us to a...

"Front desk staff often not well informed and there was attitude a couple times instead of courteousness. Cleaning staff making loud banging noises by letting hotel room doors slam shut. Unsafe curbs of uneven cement between hotel stairs and parking area. Rooms dark, poor lighting making it hard to see when packing. Otherwise it’s a nice place with beautiful decor and close to plaza. "

"The inn has been purchased by a delightful family who are gradually restoring it. Staff were great. Everything was clean. The microwave, refrigerator, etc. were fine. It was convenient to where we were skiing at Sipapu and reasonably priced for our family."

"It is an architecturally unique structure. I can't speak for all the rooms, obviously, but my room (traveling alone) with a single king-size bed felt a bit cramped. The room consists of a "living room" with a couch for additional people to sleep (I guess), but the overall layout was a bit awkward to me. The bathroom was also relatively small. "I can't remember staying at such a wonderful hotel (other than a resort) as the Inn on Alameda! The breakfast was restaurant quality and included in the price of the stay. We didn't eat or drink at the bar but it looked amazing. We will not stay anywhere else when visiting Santa Fe!"
