"Had to pay a fee to access room before 3:00 although room was obviously ready and available. That was a turn off. Otherwise, we liked the hotel and pleased with their location and staff. "

"Good hotel which has very helpful staff and is very clean. It has a ‘young and vibrant’ feel. Rooms are good but basic (eg just a rail for your clothes). All every clean. Breakfast is good but the ‘cooked part’ is limited."

"The staff & host was very helpful especially with getting us a taxi to the cruise ship. The hotel is in a good location to walk around. Room was spacious with a king bed & two chairs with a small fridge. You do pay for parking a car but had a lot of room. Good options for breakfast."

"The location was great, but the hotel itself was very disappointing. There was a smell of cigarette smoke throughout the building. The room was smaller than expected. Bathroom facilities were acceptable. Breakfast was advertised until 10 o’clock in the elevators however that was only Saturday and Sunday hours. It ended earlier on weekdays. Very few options. Coffee, tea, juice, fruit, sliced cheese, sliced meat. No eggs I would not recommend this hotel"

"This hotel is old and unfortunately our room on the 3rd floor smelled of mould. Luckily the interior of the room was liveable but the hallway was horrible. You had to cover your nose to go in and out of the room. The breakfast was good but I would not stay again. There are better rooms around the same price in the area that I would stay at over this place. It’s very basic. The rooms are tiny and depressing. We had travelled a long way and were just happy to have a bed. "

"Staff are excellent throughout, breakfast was excellent however the acvommodation in general is run down and in need of decorating and repair. If only the owners put tbe same effort into the business as their staff do! I shall not be staying there again."

"The room was clean and comfortable, but it was quite noisy, especially on our last day. The very young girls who are the cleaning crew, were sitting right outside our door chatting, laughing and playing on their phones waiting for us to check out even though we had more than an hour till checkout time. We found it to be quite unprofessional. The breakfast service was mediocre the first day but much better the second. It's a nice place to get away from the city center, but not as quiet as I had...
