"The room was super clean and comforable. Very comforable bed. Quiet. Hot water kettle in the room with packets of coffee and tea. Nice bathroom, large shower. I would stay again."

"Bathroom wa sa very small wet room, which flooded the bedroom floor! Lucky there was nothing of mine on the floor that could have been ruined. Consequence of a tiny wetr9om is that the toilet is completely soaked after using the shower. The room was extremely noisy, even with powerful earplugs. I think there was either a band on until fairly late, or very loud music. "

"Our room smelled like mold upon entering. We mentioned this to staff who said they would have maintenance drop by, also the heating system did not work, fortunately they had a portable radiator in the room. We don’t believe maintenance came by during our stay. Also asked if we could relocate to a different room and staff made us feel this was not an option. On a positive note the breakfast was very good, staff were polite and helpful and the selection and quality of food was excellent."

"Grubby, tired hallway and stairs made my heart sink as I self checked in. The room was a pleasant surprise. Large and spacious. No shower was a disaster the fact it was adjoining a pub with loud music wasn't the best but the bed was comfortable and I had a pleasant stay. "

"The room was very clean and newly renovated. The staff were accommodating to our quick need of a room due to missing the train. Coffee in the room, toothbrush and tooth pad along with bottled water was a nice addition to our stay."

"We stay here every year before an early flight, the rooms are perfect for a family of 4 - one double and one double sofa bed. You don’t hear the airport noise at night and they do you a breakfast grab bag if you are leaving early. Beat Stansted hotel I’ve tried."
