"Immaculately clean, well located hotel less than 2 mins walk to chalk road, camden and 7 mins walk to Camden underground stations which offers easy connections connects into central London. Right on the doorstep of the Roundhouse and Camden Market. Plenty place to eat snd drink nearby too"

"Really impressed ! I changed hotels on a hot day (35C Degrees), and the air conditioning was fantastic. I will into the lower basement without windows, however it would super clean, smelt fresh and had plenty of space (double room). The staff was fantastic, without exception (really nice culture). I will definitely be back. Probably stay in an upper floor next time, however, the basement was very quiet. Really nice find, suprise. It’s only 4 minutes walk to Kilburn Park on the Bakerloo...

"Clean and comfortable room albeit small. Well decorated and stylish. No teaspoons or milk. Coffee was solid in a jar so not drinkable. Room was not made up properly after the first night, 1 wet towel removed and 1 wet towel left on the floor but neither replaced despite leaving them in the shower to indicate that they needed changing. No new tea or milk left. As we didn't return to our room until late we couldn't contact anyone. TV only works if their WiFi worked, that was very haphazard....

"The room was suitable for our short stay, however with such lovely expanse of grounds it was therefore unfortunate that the view from our room was a 12foot high brick wall. Despite there being no air conditioning the room had a patio door which once open cooled the room. Upon request the hotel provided a fridge for my elderly mothers insulin, unfortunately the fridge was faulty and froze the insulin which caused a unplanned medical issue. The carpeting, couch and appliances are very old and worn. 2. The common areas are in very poor conditions, even less maintained and borderline filthy — carpets and walls were very dirty with tons of stain marks and are in serious need to be ripped out and redone. 3.
