I walked into my room and found dried blood on the floor, hair all over the shower, and random crumbs and debris everywhere. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Not “a little messy”, I’m talking straight up filthy and unacceptable. I went to the front desk thinking they’d fix it, and instead they laughed and shrugged it off like it was no big deal. "Loved the place except for The feature on a bathtub faucet that hinders hot water is commonly known as a hot water limiter. When you want hot water you should be able to get it! Otherwise we enjoyed our short 2 day stay."

"This was the nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Hair on the counters, hair in the shower, linens were actually dirty (one of them looked like it had blood on it?!?). The sheets on the bed… the actual sheets on the made-bed, were full of different hairs and dirty spots. There was actually a tampon tucked into the night stand next to the bed. Seriously. "I expected better from a Best Western. The evening front desk was friendly and tried to help. Our TV did not work. The front desk lady gave us a different remote and turned it off and on. She said to wait 7 minutes and it would work. It did not. We were already in PJ's so just went to bed. I like to watch TV before I sleep and in the morning to watch the weather especially on a trip.
