"No breakfast which was supposed to be available. Calls and questions to the property before booking were not answered honestly. Rating of hotel way too high. Would not stay there again "

"I was just there for a quick overnight between flying in and sailing out. The property and room were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative that I found was that, while there was a mini-kitchen area, with small fridge and microwave, there was no access to any sort of items to use the microwave. Not even a paper towel to place something on while heating it. A paper plate and set of plastic utensils would have made all the difference. With this in mind,...

"If you care at all about cleanliness, do not stay here. We checked in and had to change rooms 3 times because the rooms were FILTHY. In the last room they gave us, I went to the front desk and asked for cleaning supplies so I could clean the room myself. They had no breakfast during our stay, and the front desk lady said, “That’s why the rooms are discounted.” We paid full price, so I’m not sure what she meant by that. "This was the nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Hair on the counters, hair in the shower, linens were actually dirty (one of them looked like it had blood on it?!?). The sheets on the bed… the actual sheets on the made-bed, were full of different hairs and dirty spots. There was actually a tampon tucked into the night stand next to the bed. Seriously.
