"I left right away, beds had bed bugs, dirty, room smell so bad"

"I am posting because both management and the public need to know. I picked this hotel because it had an 8.6 rating, and I read someone’s review about the “musty” smell. I saw the managements response to “humid Texas”, I, however, decided to go with this hotel versus others. We understand that Texas is humid especially on the coast, as we own a house in another coastal town. This hotel was absolutely awful with the smell. Management should really address this as it made the stay intolerable."

"The property is located perfectly for beach activities. It is off the main traffic way so it is quiet yet just mere steps to the beach. The rooms are cleanish but our room was not made up despite our request."

"I do not recommend staying here unless you’re just staying to be close to a job temporarily. Front desk was unapologetic about the TV we ended up with in our room that had two lines top to bottom on the screen with DEAD PIXELS. I informed them and not even an apology. I booked for TWO adults and they placed two standard towels, 2 wash cloths and a hand towel in the bathroom. I explained I need a towel for the floor and shower to prevent falls because the way my lupus is set up would make...

"Absolutely STUNNING home surrounded by equally stunning homes. Easily walkable to a lot of local places. Owner was very accommodating and helped us with the easiest check in process I've ever experienced. Phenomenal place!"

"We stayed at this hotel on the way to a cruise, and it was perfect for a quick stopover. The hotel is a typical Quality Inn. It was affordable and clean. The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly. The only reason I'm ranking it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the room had some kind of smell to it. Just so you know, there is no fitness center. I couldn't find much information on the website because it's a chain, but I did find some sites online that said there is a fitness center....
