"We arrived at 12pm and asked if we could leave our vehicle while my family and I went to the beach, the guy said he would call when the room was ready but he never did. We were at the beach until 4:30 and wanted to check in but the guy left and said he won’t be back till 5pm. A lot of other upset guest wanting to check in and couldn’t. We were tired and needed to shower. The blow dryer in the room didn’t work and I kept smelling electrical burn."

"Description on property was not accurate. It had 1 and 1/2 bath. No TVs in room. Or radio . Pans were hard to cook on. Leaking in bedroom floors from restrrom. Only 1 usb on 1 lamp and not enough light in rooms.
