"This beautiful historic B&B was a joy to stay at. The breakfast was so delicious and had a great variety of items to choose from. I was especially impressed that with son with allergies to nuts, soy and dairy was able to eat the breakfast!"

"The Mansion is an incredible experience and historically significant property, having survived the 1900 hurricane in Galveston. The property has been lovingly preserved and the staff were exceptional. On arrival we were met by Aaron who took great care and time to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The Kona Hawaiian coffee is sublime and breakfast was a great conclusion to our stay. Highly recommended."

"decided to do a last-minute trip to the beach with my three year-old. This hotel is close to the beach and right by an entrance. Definitely an older building and could use some sheet rock replacement. But other than that, it was great! The staff upfront were very nice and we were able to pay a small fee for an additional half-day so we didn’t have to rush. That was really nice. I really appreciated that. The AC was cold the fridge and microwave worked. we were not expecting a coffee maker, so...

"Tea party was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, elevators ran quickly and efficiently as the entire building from lobbyist corridors was adequately cool. Swimming pool was small and dirty from sand obviously from the beach.However we did not swim."

"An adorable hotel that has a lovely mix of retro design and modern features and nice front desk people but.. PARKING or lack thereof practically ruins the whole vibe especially when there is a live music event on the weekend - you'll have to park across off the busy seawall road and feel uneasy about the safety of your car with all the late nighters whizzing by. NOISE level was high with a room facing the pool (looks like all their rooms do) and the pool seemed overcrowded for its smaller size....

"Jollynn was incredibly flexible and accommodating during our stay. We had a wedding to attend on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. and requested an early check-in so we could get ready. She graciously accommodated our request at no additional charge and even met us at the property to personally check us in. The ample parking made it easy to access the seawall, and the location is perfect—within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The host was very accommodating, communicated clearly throughout my stay, and even went out of his way to share great restaurant recommendations and local things to do.
