"I expected better from a Best Western. The evening front desk was friendly and tried to help. Our TV did not work. The front desk lady gave us a different remote and turned it off and on. She said to wait 7 minutes and it would work. It did not. We were already in PJ's so just went to bed. I like to watch TV before I sleep and in the morning to watch the weather especially on a trip. I said something at the front desk the next day but no offer of adjustment was given. There was a quarter...

"Staff is wonderful! Very welcoming, helpful and professional. We missed the happy hour, but listening to other patrons, they enjoyed it. For March weather the a/c worked fine, maybe in July it might be a little hot. Cleanliness can be improved quite a bit, (floors, baseboards, behind the bed, under the small night stands (only know that because I dropped something and it rolled under the bed) Breakfast is great and the French pressed coffee is AMAZING! "

"Our original room was 343. It was a nice room, but the ER was right beside our room. We could see the beach, but wanted to see the whole lenght of the beach. We moved to the fifth floor room 543 and it was perfect. And a little more quiet. The rooms are laid out well with plenty of space to store shoes, suitcases, etc. I like all the hooks on the wall to hang up coats, robes, etc. The balcony was nice. Two chairs created a nice area to sit and watch the ocean. When we arrived spring break was...

"Door handle to our room was not adjusted or installed wrong because it only worked some of the time. Person behind the counter seemed irritated that I was disturbing her during check in. Best thing about this location was the proximity to the beach. "

"Our room was clean and beautifully decorated, and organized. The host and inn keeper were super friendly, they made delicious breakfast. The pool came in clutch, it was clean and heated. Some tiny downsides, the free bottle of wine was not provided to us. We wished they have many tables because we had breakfast with other guests in the same table, not bad but it was somewhat awkward. Overall a good experience."

"Loved the place except for The feature on a bathtub faucet that hinders hot water is commonly known as a hot water limiter. When you want hot water you should be able to get it! Otherwise we enjoyed our short 2 day stay."
