Overall Galveston is not the nicest area but we felt safe here and it was a short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. I would recommend bringing sheets for the pull out sofa if you need it… I’m not sure there were any. Also very convenient to have laundry in the unit. Newer washer/dryer…worked great. "
