It is first come first serve though so if you are planning to use them for cruise parking I would recommend getting there sooner! But the staff was very nice and answered any questions we had! "My family and I had a pleasant experience at this hotel! The room was very clean, staff was friendly, polite and willing to help when needed. The hotel is close to the restaurants and Convention Center. It is aLao located across the street from the beach and I personally enjoyed walking to the beach in the morning even though was cold weather. "We arrived for check-in and were greeted by the manager. She showed us the details of the room like the airco/heater. Our room was clean, beautiful, charming, and filled with antiques. It was like staying at a wealthy uncle and aunt's house. I thought a lot about the history of the house and wondered who might have been to parties there a hundred years ago. The neighborhood was quiet, and pretty close to the Strand and the beach. We'd definitely stay there again. "
