"Loved the kids pool and the kids club. The kids had fun playing there all day. The hotel is right at the beach which was very convenient. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service. I felt I received a 5 star service at the hotel. Sadly, the restaurant did not taste good. We ordered a simple pad thai dish and thai milk tea - simple dishes that should be easy for any thai restaurant. But the pad thai tasted very bad and the thai milk tea was not good at all. Also the restaurant needs...

"I stayed at Banyan Tree every time when I came to Phuket. My last time in Phuket was however 10 years ago. I found the villa I stayed this time was clean and spacious enough for 3 people. However, it is a bit dated and needs some update. Staff were most helpful. The newly opened beach club was exceptional and excellent for evening relax drinking. I would stay in Banyan tree again for my next visit to Phuket. "
